I’m on a mission to help determined WOMEN live a life even better than they believe is possible.

I help women ages 40+ build the mindset and muscle they need to rock this one life we have to live. I help you set meaningful goals, pursue them with confidence, and overcome the inevitable obstacles that come along the way.

My clients are losing weight in doable ways, navigating career changes in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, improving their leadership skills at work and at home, balancing parenting and work with less stress, finally sticking to a workout routine they enjoy, and so much more.

I teach my ladies how to do TWO things ridiculously well:

First, I teach you how to STAND STRONG. This is the MUSCLE. You’ll learn how to understand what your body needs to thrive so you can lose fat, build lean muscle, and look and feel amazing.

Second, I teach you how to STRIVE. This is the MINDSET. I have a proven process for changing your mindset to create new results. You’ll be shocked at what’s actually possible in your life when you learn to manage your brain and emotions.

And it’s never too late to start.

HERE’s the TRUTH

Life isn’t going to get any easier.

The GOOD news is that it doesn’t have to.

You are built to do hard things, and I’m here to help.

The only thing that needs to change is how you understand and grow your mindset and muscle.

We are NOT taught how to do this.

Instead, we’re taught that checking off specific boxes is the path to happiness and success. We go to school, get the job, start the family.

We do excess cardio and eat endless salad, miserably chasing skinny versions of ourselves we haven’t seen since high school (or ever!).

We do everything we’re “supposed” to do, only to end up stressed, struggling, and unfulfilled.

We get to a point where we finally, honestly ask ourselves “what am I doing wrong?” or “is this really all there is?”

And, if your story is anything like mine, JUST when you feel like you’re finally getting close to figuring it out, LIFE throws you a whopper of a curve ball to mess with your plans.

Through coaching and strength training, I’ve learned how to feel stronger mentally, physically, and emotionally every dang day, despite the curveballs life has thrown my way.
